Fabric Testing Standards

We are very proud of our garments, setting high standards for our fabrics to ensure that they retain their colour and shape, wash after wash. We are just as particular about manufacturing standards too - so that seams are double-stitched, hems are securely finished and reinforcement and binding are used so that our garments can withstand the toughest of working conditions.

As part of our quality control practices we regularly test our fabrics in independent laboratories to make sure that they comply with our own and/or Australian Standards (as appropriate).

Worksense garments surpass the relevant Australian Standards for:

Measuring Guide

For a comfortable fit it is important to measure correctly.
When measuring make sure that the tape is level and not tight.

For the chest/bust - measure around the largest part of the chest
For the waist - whilst wearing a pair or trousers, measure over the waistband.
For the inside leg - measure from the crotch to the heel of the shoe.
For the hips - measure loosely around the fullest part of the hips keeping the tape level at the back.
